k. Should I replace it with Dynamat? If so, where is a good place to get it?

I would, infact I contiplated it when I did my heater core and the carpet was out
infact I am mad I didn't do that. eBay is probably a good shot, I know you can find rolls of it for like $30.

removing all of the insulation is a huge PITA...btdt....
but if that is what you desire, I agree with CV that ebay is a good place to look. I've also seen a spray in sound deadening material somewhere online, but I don't know how effective or how resiliant it would be.

You need some of these...
real Serbian money, circa 1993....hyper-inflation ate them so quick....my dad got his monthly paycheck once...2 of those...didn't do anything with it(ie:convert to DM or USD) and a week later all he could buy was newspaper, hehe.
