85F out and the temp is 95F, AC was charged around 4 years ago, new compressor and drier plus filter and the air is still 95F from the vents.

I must have missed printing off this section of the bentley before my old XP computer died, where is the temp flap regulator located? I have a bad feeling
it's probably behind the dash, if so pulling the dash out is nothing I would want to attempt.
