Coolant expansion tank
Anyone has a spare coolant expansion tank I can buy for a '93 90CS? Mine has a crack in it and it leaks when hot, this might also be the reason why my temp is higher than usual. I don't know if the engine type makes a difference but it's an AAH. I already checked audibits ebay page, he only has one for a B3.

try autohaus az
I was looking at buying one recently for my 95 90Q. It's listed at less than $40 so I was just going to buy a new one. It's most likely the same part for yours though. here's the link to mine http://www.autohausaz.com/search/pro...nt%20Reservoir

Okay got a serious problem. My car is getting too hot. I've replaced my coolant expansion tank, bought a brand new one. Installed today only to find out that I've wasted $40 bucks. It started leaking front the same exact place where the other one was after a 40 min drive. The temp gauge arrow was past the middle and getting close to the line with two dots. Coolant expansion tank was leaking from the point where the return hose connects to the tank, metal tube got too hot and melted plastic. My fan is not coming on, I think this is the reason why it's overheating like that. I checked fuses for the fan, both for the 1st speed and the full speed 30 amp each they're good. However the relays for the fan are missing, I did not take them out, the fan used to kick on just fine but I don't know if the relays were present at that time. It seems that either somebody took them out or relays aren't necessary, can you help me?

Heater is working fine, water pump was replaced around 2 years ago. What is the proper way of bleeding the system? I unscrewed the bleeding screw on one of the hoses near the brake booster.

water pump replaced, dosnt mean that the impellers have not busted. coolant tank cap closed, car runing and warm, unscrew the bleeder so the air can get out.
