The B3 9020V and the coupe use the same rear calipers. Some 100s use the same caliper. The B4 caliper WILL NOT FIT. The B3 and coupe, have ebrakes that pull from the side. The B4 caliper has an ebrake, that pulls from the front. Part number is 853 615 423A. Not cheap new, find used one in decent shape(no rust) and rebuild it. Kits are cheap.

I replaced both my rear calipers last year with rebuilds. Rear Q brakes are very hard to find, most places do not have them in stock due to so few cores.

I found mine at rockauto, they had the best price and were the only place that had both sides in stock.

Front calipers can be found new but I have yet to see rears new if you wanted to pay the $250+ price per each.

You can also check places like Oreillys and autozone, I bought my fronts from Oreillys since they were the best price and local so easy to return the core.

All rebuilds are done by Cardone regardless of where you buy them.

Part # : 19-1208 | Line: A1 [right]
Part # : 19-1209 | Line: A1 [left]

Oreilly's $82 plus core
Rockauto $59 plus shipping + core which you have to pay to send back.

Any tips on the rebuild kit for the 20V Quattro sedan as OP asked about? I recall there is an extra seal or bushing in each one for the E brake lever mechanism and only certain kits contained this. Thanks in advance for advice. I'll rebuild mine and report back on the task if I can find a rebuild/seal kit.
