Here's my euro B3 tails for reference as well.
It's all one piece opposed to two.. I dig it. Non baboon *** 
You can also tell that the lights are slightly different shades from the UK version to the US (my corner lights). That's because the plastic bulb housing / backing is black instead of the US light gray color..
I will also note that while I think it looks a bit better being one piece, it is less functional as now you have to resort lifting the trunk lid by the rear spoiler (or risk cracking the rear lense in the center...)

The reason I started looking for the euro tails in the first place was...
when I had my '91 80 next to my pearl 90 I noticed how much nicer the B3 tails were vs. B4:
