Exhaust is pretty much finished. Considering this was my first attempt at exhaust work I'm pretty happy with it. I still need to hit a couple spots on the downpipes that are just tacked. And I also need to figure out what the sexiest exhaust tips are going to be for this beast....

2.5" downpipes with 2.5" diameter X 8" long flex sections connected with V band clamps. Then 2.25" all the way back with two Flowmaster 40 series mufflers.

Looks good. If you dont mind me asking how did you bend the pipes. Did you use a bender. or was there some other method. id like to make an exhaust and dont have a bender

I bought a few mandrel U bends from Summit. The straight peices I bought locally. The rest of the stuff I got on Ebay. I had one 40 series muffler laying around so i only needed to buy one. The muffler and the V band kits were the pricey items. All in all I think I spent $400 from start to finish.

I dont know if you have ever seen a 200TQ exhaust but its just 2 2inch pipes running back into a resonator and then a muffler so i plan just to run pipes straight back from the cats.

im curious as to what kind of ECU you are using? how does your ECU know that the turbos are there IF you were using a stock 4.2/3.6 ECU.

I'm using Megasquirt for fuel and spark. Also for boost control. The stock ECU is a paperweight at this point. I have it up on audifans along with the trans computer.

LS1 Coils showed up (woot). Got them mounted and thankfully all the plug wires are long enough.

200q20v exhaust is pretty similar to the V8 exhaust actually...
