Exhaust is pretty much finished. Considering this was my first attempt at exhaust work I'm pretty happy with it. I still need to hit a couple spots on the downpipes that are just tacked. And I also need to figure out what the sexiest exhaust tips are going to be for this beast....
2.5" downpipes with 2.5" diameter X 8" long flex sections connected with V band clamps. Then 2.25" all the way back with two Flowmaster 40 series mufflers.

I bought a few mandrel U bends from Summit. The straight peices I bought locally. The rest of the stuff I got on Ebay. I had one 40 series muffler laying around so i only needed to buy one. The muffler and the V band kits were the pricey items. All in all I think I spent $400 from start to finish.

I'm using Megasquirt for fuel and spark. Also for boost control. The stock ECU is a paperweight at this point. I have it up on audifans along with the trans computer.
