squeeking suspension/steering
hey guys, maybe you can help me out with this
in my '91 100 whenever i turn to the right.. my car makes a squeeking sound. also happens when i make right turns and such.. since.. well i have to move the steering wheel to the right. any idea why my car could be squeeking? is it a power steering problem?

Check your pump...
A friend of mine had a broken pump and it squeeked a lot too. I had a little squeeking once when I noticed that the my rack had a small leak. Check to see if your hydraulic fluid is dirty and needs changing too.

Is the sound on the inside or outside?
If outside I would look for a slipping belt, but I have also seen a squeaking problem in the steering column when the position of the column shifted causing the steering wheel to rub on the combination switch.
