Gas gauge and instrument cluster not working

Fuel gauge is a super-easy fix. See the little circular thing directly below the gauge? Get a philips head that is large enough to turn it with enough pressure, and turn it clockwise when you know it has a full tank until it rests on the full mark. Fixed.
