Default flushing the hydraulic system

I have an 87 5K. I need to flush the hydraulic system. I printed out a good description of "how to," so I know what to do. My question, which line going to the fluid reservoir is the return line? Thanks for any advise!

Default Two hoses

one is the return from the booster the top hose on the reservoir and the return from the rack on the lower side of the res. IE the small hose coming from the rack.
