Default Damn. Won't start up :(

So last night I started my car about 11:59 pm. Started up fine, just checking to see that my battery wasn't dead. At 7 am that next morning, went to start up, and it wouldn't turn over. My starter was winding up just fine, but it didn't seem to engage the engine. I know my engine is ok, because I had oil in the crank, and anti-freeze in the res. But for some reason the oil light comes on when I'm crankin' it. Sooooooo

my dad says I might need a new starter. And that sucks. Any help?

Thank you very much,
Blake Miller

Yeah, I'd go ahead and replace the starter.

Default Replacing a starter is a fairly ez do it yourself job..........

Drive the front end up on ramps, remove and replace starter takes no more than 20 minutes

The I5 engines are fairly easy to change, the V8s not quite so easy.
