Suffered massive fuel leak from tank - needs a new tank. Something neither me nor Shawn is willing to tackle, and the shop labor for the job is startling. Shawn took the car back and I believe has sold it as a parts car to Ken.

So...if you want parts there may be some available if Ken parts it. Or maybe Ken will fix it.

Boy I wouldn't scrap a 200q20v avant just because of a leaky tank. I replaced the tank on my 200q20v sedan several years ago. Not a task you want to do in the driveway on jackstands (it was the first project for my new hoist), but not all that bad a job either. There are so few of these avants, though. Well worth keeping up considering how it looks.

Suck it up and fix it or sell it to someone who will. That car is very rare and many wouldn't mind dropping the tank and fixing/repairing it.

It's unfortunate you don't have the perseverance to repair and enjoy the vehicle. Wow, you did that job on jackstands? Having to change the tank on my 200q20v sedan is what prompted my finally to buy a hoist.
