You may also need to check/switch around the cooling fan relays in the fuse box.

The HVAC blower does not operate on fan only, or on AC, or on heat. The fan is good, the panel lights do what they should, but the blower never comes on.

Sounds like your fan relay(s) are out, or the a/c controller on the dash console is bad.

I found a small four blade relay on thr floor of my garage. That could possibly be it, but I have no idea where it goes.And it's looking more and more like I'm going to have to pay $165/hour for the shop to figure it out.
