Anyone need 5000 Parts (as in parts for a 5000S)?
I am parting out my old 87 5000S Quattro. Anyone need any parts? Climate control HU, ecu, or anything else like that? Alternator is probably sold now but I have to call the guy about it...

I'm still interested in the alternator...haven't heard from you...no hurry, though. Do you know the part number? The Parts Connection shows several possibilities...my car is an 87 5kcstqa..I'm not sure which alternator I have - I'll go look at lunch. Any body know if all the 90 amp models are interchangeable? I need the plug in and rubber boot that hooks up below the upper radiator hose. (Temp. gauge sensor?) My plug and boot dropped out, hit hot engine and the plug is all fried on the lower end. Sends engine temp to car. Could use it with some good length of wires to splice if you have it, Hate to see you part it out but ya gotta do it. Mine's not on road yet but getting there or I'll sell. Minor parts so far but I could need more, just pulled it back into my garage to check it out for my winter back-up car, some minor stuff and hopefully it will be back on the road. thanks, Paul
