3 Spoke steering wheel installation ?.
Has anyone installed an S6 (or similar) Sport steering wheel into a 200 before ?. I've seen one shown online, but unable to contact the owner.

Here you are
I have the same situation but haven't got around to changing it out. My car is now at the doctor so I guess it will have to wait a bit longer. Let us know how you make out.
Also, if you search back within the past month and a half you will find my post asking about this and will probably get some addidtion indo/tips on how to do it.

for your information....
the 3 spoke sport wheel from the Urs6 isn't a direct swap. Theres a write up on s-cars.org. I have the write up somewere but there are a few things that have to be done & bought to make it work.
I did it to my 93 v8 & it looks wonderfull. I'll search for the write up & gather my recolection later today after I finish doing the T-belt on my 93 V8..I need concentration...

Re: for your information....
Read the article but it seemed to apply to S4/S6 and not 200/5K or V8's. I'll look it over again and attempt to acquire the necessary parts beforehand. My air bag light is now constantly on and i'll have to get it reset.
Here's the link to the article i think you're referring to:<ul><li><a href="http://www.s-cars.org/postnuke/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=arti cle&sid=67&mode=thread&order=0&tho ld=0">http://www.s-cars.org/postnuke/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=arti cle&sid=67&

Re: for your information....
Yup thats the article/writeup I'm talking bout. I followed the instructions & works wonderfully.
I tryed to fit the whole steering colume from the //scar but couldn't make it work without extensive mods that I didn't want to get into.
& not sure how much cheaper the A6 parts are from that era but the A6 stuff will work as does the Urs stuff.
Not a good example but I allso put a Urs6 3 spoker on my wifes 96 A6qa without doing anything but install.
