Thinking it's time to sell the '84...
Kept it after the accident to be a parts car for my '86, but never had the heart to pull anything off of it... unless it was an emergency... and even at that I found the parts to put it back together.
Big question is should I fix up the front end, or sell as-is? Suspect if I sold it as-is there's a good chance it would be parted out? Sad day
I've got a friend that does good body work for a reasonable price, but fixing the front end means $$ in and ?$? out.

It's still mechanically strong (only significant needs are shifter bushings, drive shaft bearing, and no A/C)... OK, could use a tune up. All original except Stebro stainless cat-back. All electrics work incl. sunroof, windows and power antenna. Front windshield is cracked and rear seems to have some sort of coating peeling off on the inside?
Interior is near perfect (only a small, barely visible hole in the driver's seat, typical driver's bolster crushing and seat rail covers broken). Uncracked dash (spent its whole life in Western Washington!)

Other than right front, and a handful of surface rust spots (smaller than a pencil head), body is straight and rust free... once again spent its whole life in Western Washington.

Any opinions on how much could I get for it after a fix-up? $2k overly optimistic?
If I do decide to fix it, does anyone know of a potential donor local to the Seattle-Tacoma area?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Unfortunately I've got to sell it one way or the other. Just not sure if I should fix it to sell...
or sell it as-is.
I'd like to sell it to someone that would keep it on the road, but don't want to sink more into it than I can get out... Thus the query as to how much I might get after body, shifter and drive shaft repairs.
If I didn't already have the '86, I'd fix it to keep for sure!
