haha, i don't either...
but I have access to one via the hobby shop by work. Perks of working for the Navy (DoD) is that I have full access to that stuff through work.
Also have lifts and assorted equipment I can use, though for the most part I prefer to do my work at home in my own garage.

Is the place you had them installed a TireRack recommended installer?
I would hope there would be some incentive to provide reasonable prices and customer service to stay on their 'recommended' list and keep the TireRack customers coming in?

newp, the tirerack recommended places wouldn't even touch the car...
iirc... One was a mercedes dealer, as funny as that sounds, and they wouldn't work on an Audi. Kind of annoying.
There wasn't much of an option out here, but if I would have known better, I would have taken it to the firestone nearby... these are real standup guys, and perform all the alignments/inspections on my cars now.
