You are much more likely to have a fiberglass trunk lid if you have a late Canadian CGT.
Not sure if any early coupes came with them, but yes, there is such a thing. Coveted by the urq boys.. :-)

If you look at the trunk (boot) lid flat horizontal surface, the steel ones are flat.
The fiber glass ones have raised sections below where the spoiler sits on each end.
Certainly seem to be more common in Canada, along with ur-qs with the "expensive" sunroof delete option.
Interestingly the Coupes don't have a trunk liner, the ur-s did which makes a composite trunk with a liner uber rare. As it had to come on an '85 (or '86) ur-q in NA
Unfortunately we need to lose the weight off the other end. At least that's what I keep getting told.

I had one loaded in my car sunday at carlisle last year...
the gentleman who braught it from Canada asked me to hold onto it for the U.S. fellow (Ben Swann) He showed up shortly after that....
