Default Slightly low coolant...can it be due to temperature?

I replaced my air filter sucessfully today (heehaw) and was looking at my fluids. Coolant was slightly under min mark, typically it had ridden between min and high. Does anyone know the thermal properties of our coolant? I typically don't have my engine bay open on cold days, and it's finally getting chilly hear in MA! Just hoping I don't have a leak.

Cheers,
-Jeff

Default Top it up to the max line sitting level and then keep an eye on it...

If it goes down from there, you'll know you have a slight leak somewhere. There's a metal plug in the bottom of the water pump that I've seen weeping on several engines. Not to mention leaks from the bottom hose fitting(s) on the coolant tank itself after the tank cracks.

Default Aight, guess I'll held to the 'ol Audi dealership and pick up $ome fluid. I had the WP done

about a year and 1/2 ago, I really hope that that's not the leak source...
