Hey guys. I have a starmate 3 radio and it has a REALLLLLY long antennna wire with a magentic antenna on the end. What would be a good place to put the antenna because it looks ugly on the dash.

ok so is it ok if i close the door on the wire? And you just take it off everytime you leave the car right? And is it waterproof and such?

They're waterproof, I leave mine on all the time.

I put mine on the rear end of roof, right behind the rooftop antenna, ran it in through the driver's side pillar, and then hid it along headliner trim up to front windshield corner--this is an avant.

I placed my XM small box reciver right behind the antenna on the roof of my Avant.
