Brought my car to Zumbach yesterday to have it inspected and have a few rattles fixed. I declined the free car wash because I spent 4 hours on sunday washing, polishing (3m hand glaze) and waxing (blitx wax) the car. Needless to say, once again I picked the car up and the rattles were not fixed. Then I looked over the car and saw several deep white scratches (car is black) on the hood. Now I had just detailed the car so I KNOW that these scratches were not there before. This from the same dealer that sold me a car with a trashed rear bumper that they took back and repainted 3 days after buying it. This from the same dealer that I have given the remote TSB to TWICE and they still insist that 5 feet is normal and that it must be the batteries in the remotes. What is the purpose of buying an expensive car and caring for it when anytime it is out of my hands someone f***ks it up? I'm going to buy a rusty old Buick and call it a day. BTW, anyone know who I should contact at AoA to report the piss-poor service I've received?

the AoA number is: 800-822-2834
Call up AoA's rep. Explain your problem of DIS-satisifaction. Ask them what they are going to do to resolve this. If the rep can't do a thing but log the complaint (usual procedure), ask to speak to that person's manager. Work your way up the food chain and get that problem resolved. Tell them you want hear solution, not excuses.
I hate dealers who think they are all dat!
Good luck!
