frustrated I am. I took my car in to get a small leather tear on the door panel fixed. I get a call later that day saying my windshield cracked they need to keep the car an extra day. I get my car back the following day, the door panel looks good but the door handle has screwdriver scratched and marks on it. I show it to the service advisor who brings over a parts guy, they both look at it and say they will order the part. 4 weeks later no news from them and the fixed windshied now has severe wind noise coming from the A-pillar at highway speeds. I called Carlsen to get an update and they have no record of the part being on order for the door. This they tell me after having me on hold for 20 minutes. At this point I dont know if I even want them to work on my car anymore. I feel like when the car is under warranty the service level leaves much to be desired, however when you are paying for the servi ce the dealers are more attentive. Although I would imagine the dealer bills Audi for all warranty work. Sorry for the long rant, I just feel like I am being di**ed around.
P.S has anyone gone to Anderson-Biehl or any other bay area dealer for the wind noise problem and have had a successful outcome. I would really like to know your experience

I don't recall where the service was done, but someone reported that their windshield was cracked - supposedly when the car was driven over a speedbump.
Kyle
