Hey Guys,
I have a problem. It was just a month ago (a month after my warranty expired) that I noticed my front suspension squeaking while driving slowly. (A4 2.8 FM). I checked the archives and found out that several people have had this problem. I also found out that this was a documented problem in the 96 model front suspension that was fixed for the following years. The others had it fixed by replacing just about all of the front suspension parts. Does anyone have an idea as to what the quick fix might be? Also, if i have to change a lot of parts , any idea of the cost? Thanks in advance.
Hoony
ps. the 3-year warranty stinks. It should be at least 4 like all of the other lux cars.

Have you talked to AoA about this. Sometimes when manufactures sell a junk part they will stand behind it. Honda was fixing something like head gaskets for anyone that complained for cars no matter what the age or mileage(my service manager said it was to avoid a class-action suit) I would stir up a whole lot of trouble before I laid/layed/lain down for this. I had mine fixed about 4000 miles ago under warranty and I think they are starting up again;I'll be standing on somebody's desk if they don't help out somehow.
Also, I never had a car that had heated washers and I never had a problem with frozen nozzles. I just noticed the other day that mine froze up. I'm now out of warranty but have an ongoing gripe with my heated mirrors. I'm going to try to tie the two together. I'm not real worried about it because so far service has been good at Hoffman Audi(CT)
