Assuming 1.8tq, no passenger, 1/4 tank of gas. The numbers seem to range from 6.2-7.1 from what I have seen on this board and on chip-tuning.com.

I used to have an MR2 Turbo, about the same weight and power in stock form as the chipped A4 - did mid to low 6's, but it had a traction advantage over the A4 from a standing start (rear engine, rwd). FWD cars always have a hard time getting good standing starts. The AWD cars will probably have the same, or maybe slightly better 0-60's, even though they are signifcantly heavier. The Audi has a better torque curve, which would give it an advantage on a rolling start.<p>Brad Franklin |
