The 98' A4 power will shut off power to the sunroof, windows, and interior lights only when the doors are opened, not when the key is removed. In a 96' does the radio keep playing when the key is removed, but the doors are not opened yet? (i.e. does the radio shut off via the key or the opening of the door?)<p>Does anyone know if a 96 A4 and a 98' A4 have the same radio connections. A kind resource indicated that on his 96,' there is a power wire in the radio harness that only shuts off power when the key is removed. The 98 A4 radio can be turned back on after key removal and door openning. It will continue to play for one hr, the shut off automatically. Great feature!
