At this time I would not suggest going to Newport Auto Center (Newport Beach Audi). They only have one Audi tech and always over schedule their days. They have indicated a desire to improve service. Give them time...

I just moved to O.C. and when I went in to talk to them about installing gauage faces the service department at Newport were total A--holes, then on my way out I caught attitiude from the salesmen, welcome to California.
