Thought of you all as i discovered the perfect piece of highway for an A4 owner. It is Highway 29 between Calistoga and Middletown. It is scenic, has great curves, switchback and passing lanes. I think my A4 had more confidence in the road than i did (guess i'm not ready for Thunderhill quite yet!) So if you ever in the wine country check it out. Head north towards Twin Pines casino!
Barbara
'98 1.8QTM Cactus Green
San Jose
P.S. Ask Sharon Levy or Sandy about Thunderhill. They are both converts.
Steve S.
97 2.8QM
P.S. I was thinking of going up that way soon.
that way I won't be the only first-timer. :-)
I went up and watched last month, and I decided to give the driving school in January a try. Come on out. It'll be fun!
Sandy
98.75 2.8 qTip
