Question regarding out-of-state tickets:<p>Let's say, for example, that I'm a Maryland resident but get ticketed for speeding in Virginia. Although I'd have to pay a fine to the state of Virginia, will my insurance company find out about this offense and do the points apply? <p>I've been pulled over 4 times in the past - Talked my way out of getting 3 tickets and got a slap on the wrist by going to court to contest one.
