Noticing some hesitation now in the 2-3000 range at lower crusing speeds (maybe 40-50 mph)
Otherwise everything else is great as usual..anyone else notice this? I've had the chip for well over
20,000 miles now, and only had similar (worse) hesitations after the dealer put in defective / wrong spark plugs at one of the service intervals. Thought I'd ask before I called Wett. Thanks for your input.
Rich
'98 2.8Q sport
45k+ happy miles
since it's beginning to get cold out, try to not to run the tank down to reserve before filling up - water in gas.
Hope this helps.
Cris

Just for grins, open up the ECU and make sure the chip is still seated properly.
HTH
Bert

Cheveron mostly, a different brand every four or five times. I've had no problems.
Rick
In Seattle, during the winter months, the gas is changed to an ethanol variant (or something like that), which used to result in TERRIBLE behaviour in my old 85 Jetta (VW said all of their cars were having problems), and seems to result in less umph for the Integra, too (Gone(sold) as of today--to my niece-- of course, I am still driving it while I wait for the A4 to be flatbedded to Bellevue! BIG GRIN!) This variant may be in your area due to clean air act requirements, too and may be affecting your car. Try stepping up a grade to Supreme if you aren't already and see if that helps.

Kirk

Maybe I'm confused. I thought any water in your tank would be immediately sucked up, that's why boats have seperators?
I guess an empty tank would be more prone to condensation though. Hmmm.
