I have a 1.8TQMS without the Bose system. I am looking to install a new head with cd under $500, and do not want a multidisc changer. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks.<br>Erich

I had an Alpine head unit 10 years ago that came with a red display. The bulbs for the display were actually clear with a removable, red colored, cover for each bulb. The dealer ordered me a set of green covers and it took about 1/2 hour to change them out. I dont' know if things are still done that way, but its worth checking. Alpine apparently thought at one time that it was a good idea to let the customers change the display color so they may still support it.
