I too have been waiting anxiously for Team Houston to go back online so I can track my A4.<p>First, is Team Houston intended strictly for dealers? Do they object to owners of ordered A4's accessing their site?<p>Second, before Team Houston went down, I tried accessing the database. I used my dealer's number (422A95/Audi of Van Nuys) but got a "no data found" reply. Was the site already no longer working or was I doing something wrong?<p>Thanks in advance for any advice...

1. I believe that they do object to outsiders using their site, which is intended for internal use only.<p>2. You probably weren't doing anything wrong, the site was in the process of being taken down.<p>3. They are currently enhancing site security. I don't know if "outsiders" will be able to easily get in or not (I assume not without difficlty).<p>4. They do not know when the site will be back up.<p>5. Even though the site was convenient, your dealer gets updates once per week (probably on Saturdays). Give them a call every few weeks and I'm sure that they would be glad to look up your car's status. <br>
