<br>Apparently, the cars come to the dealer with transport blades, the dealer is to install them afterwards. If installed correctly, the air dam shoulld be on the lower edge and not the top edge. After complaining about the wiper blades not cleaning properly, they took the car in for 30minutes, for wiper blades, come on...what they were doing is installing the blade correctly this time. But the scartches...they owe me a windshield

On my 98.5 Avant, the air dam is on the top edge (I can see it as I'm driving; if it was underneath, to me would do nothing. I thinks this is also the way I've seem them on cars at three different dealerships.<p>My blades work fine on all rain, all speeds, with no windshield scratches. Only problems is in sonow/ice; the bridgework freezes up and pulls blades off glass since they can't contour to the glass anymore.<p>
