My car is still pending an bank approval, because I make enough but don't have a credit history.
Anyway, so we duked it out for about 5 hours. Not as good of a deal as I wanted but there are NO CARS left in So Cal, and so I knew they were going to be a bit stiffer on the price. Leased it, HUGE payments. I didn't have as much as you did to drop on the car as a down. They aren't giving me anything for my Volvo, so I might just call an wrecking crew to take it away for some money.
Where were you yesterday?!?! We called! So I'm waiting on the bank...
Black/Black A4 1.8TQ, Sun, Sport, Trip :-)
Congrats Albert!!!
I thought you said you didn't have enough money to get one at the SoCal meeting? Hmmm.. . .burning counterfeit cd's or something to make that extra bit of cash, are we? HeeHee. ..congragulations again.
Edmund Louie
98 A4Q 30V
PS - Where's my quattro diagram??? :)
I spent 4 hours at Rusnak, worked out an ok deal an then waited and waited and waited for my credit to get approved. Two days later I called to find out what was going on...they sold the car. I hear they do this a lot at Rusnak. They give you a fair deal but they tell you your credit check is going to take a couple hours. It turns into a couple days becasue they are trying to sell the car to someone else for more money. Makes for good business but angry would be customers.

I have a contract in my hot little hand, and I will sue for a few Audi's if that ever happens to me. Jennifer was really nice though.

If it is a light coat of rust, it is flash rust caused by the water and oxegen in the air. I would not worry about it. Because the next time you hit the brakes, its gone! This is a common occurance with steel.
Paul

This happens with my A4 also, along with all my other vehicles. It disappears as soon as you touch the brakes. No problem at all with my Audi, but it does make my Jeep brakes grab really hard the first few times after being washed.
Mike M
