You mention having the winter package, but aren't heated mirrors a standard feature on A4s in North America? Also, some people have said that they work when the rear defogger is on, but I think that they're on all the time.<p> Doug G<br> 98 1.8TQM

With the winter pkg., the "heat is on" all the time. Just feel the face of the mirror after driving the car...it should be warm to the touch.
