Car back from dealership today, trying to solve wind noise, they realigned glass, realigned door and put a dent in the exterior door handle area. Aproximately 2" diameter, flat. The dealer at first said the dent was there already then changed tune, admitting it was possible that the tech. could have created the dent. They suggest paintless dent repair. Anyone have any experience with the process ?

I dropped my motorcycle into my rear quarter panel. It put a inch inch diameter dimple. I went to Dentbusters, they charged me $95.00 and fixed the dent in about 1 hour without drilling. It looks perfect agsin.
Brad Bilut/Chicago

Hi,
These chaps do a good service...except that they tend to drill holes to fix a dent...!!! In my case
I had to tell them to remove the tail-light assembly instead of drilling a hole in the rear door to remove a dent.
Hope this helps
Kandiah
97 A4 QM

It works great. They do occasionally drill holes to get access, but only as a last resort. I once lowered my garage door on the roof of an Eagle Talon I owned. The tech moved the headliner, fixed the good sized dent, and replaced the headliner, making essentially a perfect repair, all for around $45.
