Still looking for the most efficient ritual for daily removal of the dust on those gleaming rims.

Why do it daily? I do it weekly, and wax them every 2 months. It really is not that hard to remove the dust with damp paper towels. The easiest way is to do it with a high pressure hose, that will get rid of most of the dust in seconds, all you'll have to do is finih it up. I don't have one at home so I'm stuck doing it the peasant way

Just use a simple spray bottle with regular tap water, spray each wheel and dry (one at a time).<br>No need to drag out the hose and works sufficiently well between regular cleanings when you wash the entire car.<p>Rob O<br>BTW - I do mine every Wed. before work and perform complete wash each weekend.

I just started using a feather duster. I works great and I don't think that it'll scratch the rims. I wax once in awhile.<p>Anyone think this bad?<p>Drew

Buy some aftermarket pads. I had Rofrens installed on Friday and they're great. It's been sloppy, cold and wet since then and the only dirt on my wheels is from the road. That's right, NO DUST! Stopping power feels as good as stock (so far); haven't done a lot of hard braking yet to check fade. I believe Gary Allison (Ronal Wheels) races on these and is happy with them (although he may have upgraded rotors/calipers). Steve S. also has Rofrens on the front, so I'm sure he'll add his $.02.<p>CraigB

I use Amour All Quicksilver/II wheel cleaner (I've used on my ZX and Pathfinder Al wheels, also, with great results). Spray on before washing (then rinse). Easiest way, although not free. I also use Liquid Glass on the car itself (Laser Red 96).<br>
