I keep reading in the forum that the first 2 numbers after the the "N" is the build week. mine happens to be 33 which would make the build week July/ August

When is does the dealer say you will be getting it? When did you order? My number is 25, no way.

My first numbers are 37 and I was promissed the car in April.

If Audi starts their build weeks at the first week they begin production of 99 models (note Audi build weeks probably do not reset for 99.5 model changes) then the build weeks everyone is posting sound normal since 99 production started around August '98.
