Target price for a Stage I chip & filter is $399 and they intend to facilitate core exchange for ECU swapping. I spoke at length with them this afternoon about their product line and here's some of the data:<p> - Stage I chip with very broad torque band, 195-200 hp<br> - Stage II & III in development, targeting up to 300 hp at the III level<br> - Working with B&B Tri-Flo performance exhaust<br> - Working with a Japanese technology larger turbo<br> - Launched business at least in part because the 1.8t will become base motor in most new VW models<br> - Staff backgrounds in flow technology (an engineer), Porsche tuning, BMW tuning & race production.<br> - They THINK they can corner the Audi/VW 1.8 turbo market! (late starters!)<p>They actually have little to offer as yet, the ad got out way ahead of their product line development!
