Also, if I buy a car elsewhere will Zumbach service it just as well as if I bought it from them?

Their service department is decent, although it gets kind of crowded. Normally, from my experience, in general, dealers treat those customers that buy from them a little more special when getting service. At my dealership they even go as far as asking me if I did buy the car there before giving me a loaner. Take it for what it's worth.

I bought my Avant at Zumbach. I posted my views a while back, but here's a summary:
Negotiation was great, was told $1000 over invoice for any car (this deal only applied to avants)
Delivery was terrible, car came with a damaged bumper that I noticed the next day and the rear seat back hanging off. Zumbach picked the car up at my garage, kept it for 5 days, repainted the bumber and returned it.
I brought the car is for service and to have the remote range fixed. They kept it for 4 days and told me they knew nothing of the service bulletin for the remote, even though i had faxed it to them prior to dropping my car off. Most problems fixed, except for remote, and kept way too long.
If you buy your car at Zumbach they will pick it up and drop it off at your gargage for free for scheduled service. If its not scheduled, they charge $19.95. If you prefer to take your car in yourself, the lines are huge in the morning, but there is a person there specifially to check in cars that were purchased at Zumbach. They also say that they give you priority when scheduling appointments.
Any other questions, let me know.
