There are so many chips now. Just wondering who has what chips (Neuspeed, Wett, MTM, AMS, Garett, others)? What are your experiences with them?

I suspect the results have not changed all that much. Also, about a week or two ago Jason T. killed a poll about owner's ages because he said it loaded down the server too much.
That said, I certainly have no objection to a poll if Jason, Matt, Neil, & co. don't. Poll away... :-)

-vik
1.8tqms (late April)

Chris,
The only chip warrantied by Audi is the 180hp one in the latest 1.8Tq Manuals, Sedan and Avant.
Some dealers will install chips from various suppliers and will warrant them with a dealer warranty.
Then there are the independant chip suppliers whose warranty will epend on the individual supplier.
However, as far as I am aware, Audi does not provide warranty on any aftermarket chips.
Hope that is clear
Regards
Graham

Audi in Australia does not Warranty any chip full stop.
Like the new 99.5 1.8TsQM that comes with 180HP, that is installed at Audi, The Car is ordered from Audi Germany.
If its from Audi Germany, Audi Australia warranty it.
But you can call Audi of where to go to get chipped.
There are some shady chippers out there, so beware.
Quattro Sport Zentrum in Melbourne seem to have a good relationship with Audi Aus.
