I had the recall done at Carlsen and I had to wait 2 weeks. I think they have a lot of service business. Not having the parts sound kind of odd though. Does Audi stock parts to the dealers who originally sold the car?<p>-randy<br>

It supposedly only applies to early 98 and 98.5 models. Mine was built in January<br>and had the recall. The fix is not major but I did have to wait three weeks to get it fixed. If you have not got a recall letter, I suggest you call AofA with your VIN number and ask them to verify. Unfortunately, when I did that they said no and two weeks later I got the letter.
