<br>Took my car through the car wash and the other day there was residual wax left on the machine from a previous car. Now I have this wax on my windshiel that is a pain in the a**. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can remove it. I know I will be getting grief for using a car wash from diehard owners. Thanks in advance.

Believe it or not, Audi's windshield washer fluid (especially the concentrate used uncut) does pretty well, however the best way is to use one of the high strength automotive glass cleaners. I particularly recommend Stoner's "Invisible Glass" or Eagle One "20/20 Perfect Vision". They remove wax film, road grime, etc. much better than conventional glass cleaners like Windex; they are safe for paint, & (I'm not 100% sure about Stoner's) at least Eagle One, is guaranteed safe for tinted window films. Good luck!

Auto Zone also usually carries Eagle One. You can order Invisible Glass direct from Stoner: phone: 1 (888) stoner3, (that is 786-6373), 8AM-8PM ET, Mon-Fri.
