There are many great people who work very hard to make sure that your Audi is working perfectly... they are human and can (and do) make mistakes, but they are the best at their field... and the best chance at making you remain happy with your Audi. It makes me really upset to see that people will jump on the opportunity to blast a dealer for making a mistake.. when their intention was make someone happy form the start... Why not give them a fair chance?
