Ever since I purchased my 1.8T it seems to have a coating of resin or "crud" on the windows that won't come off. I've washed it at least 10 times and it is still there. Anybody experience this? It is probably something the dealer puts on to protect in transport but ITS NOT IN TRANSPORT ANY MORE! I hate crud!

Have you tried one of the automotive glass cleaners that are generally available, such as Clearvue? (got it at WalMart) I think Eagle1 has it, too. There are several on the market and are made specifically for the special gunk that builds up on automotive glass. <p>I had a milky film that didn't come off until I cleaned it twice.<p>JayF 1.8TqMS
