...is the toe-out really as pronounced as it looks on the S8? (I hope I'm asking this correctly.)

They are OZ F1 Racing in 17x8. If I did 18s living in southeast Michigan with crater city....I'd be replacing a rim each week! Not an option, I'm afraid. ;)

I have to check my other pics but I believe the car has the 18" A!AvantGarde two piece wheels. I'm not sure if they tweaked with the camber or not but it may just be standard setup and look more pronounced due to the wheel/tire setup. If you could see my car in a similar stance, my wheels also appear to be that way even though we have not altered the camber.
I posted one above...the camera is not good so it's not that clear. Check out the picture poster on this board. Another A4.org'r posted it under Cathleen's Car 2.jpg. Keep in mind that the center caps are removed for driving on the track (and easy access for torquing) and there's a nice black film of brake dust that covers up the ususal nice silver color.
;)

.........sorry about the Accord-eon incident, but it's much better than being rear ended by an SUV (Range Rover Discovery with "cattle mover" on the frinot grill). My car had 7K of damage and was in the shop 6 weeks......
Rick
