YES, it is true! My 99' 1.8Tqms is at the dealer. He called me this morning and said it just got delivered today. I drove down to look at it...NICE! VIN matches, too. Taking delivery on Wednesday-dealer has yet to prep, etc. I plan on taking the day off work! =) It was a long wait...since July 23, 1998, but hopefully driving it home I'll see that it was well worth every bit of it!<p>JT 99' 1.8Tqms
