Reggie, I tried to e-mail you back regarding the idling issue, but hitting "Reply" led to about 5 "can't be found" messages from the Postmaster at HP. Thanks for your input, but the idling problem is there, even with the climate control on Manual and the snowflake off. Thanks, anyway!!. //Steve
