The Great Lakes A4 Club appears to be the dominant club in our area, though a few things frightened me when consolidating our group with the larger Great Lakes group was mentioned:<p>1) They haven't had a track event since August, though weather at Midwest tracks has held through October.<br>2) Covering six states, they average less than four people in each state the club covers.<br>3) They have no central metro area.<br>4) We really aren't that small a group, half the size of the Great Lakes A4 Club ever since the idea for a Chicago A4 Club popped up yesterday.<br>5) Meetings with this widespread a club aren't really possible.<p>Jason - I realize this is intraclub communication technically, but I ask for a bit of slack since this idea came up yesterday and we're still figuring out if a Chicago club is a viable concept.
