It's been three months and a couple of "Oh really? I'll check on it"s and still nothing.<p>Is my dealer crazy? Am I actually suposed to get anything? I was told I would get a plastic card ala AAA to replace the cardboard handwritten thing I got when I took delivery plus some info on the additional "services" they provide.<p>Can anyone say what services they do provide other than roadside assistance? My dealer said it was "just like AAA, in fact AAA is the contractor we use" (i.e. trip planning/maps as well as the occasional jump-starts)<p>Should I ask for more months? I would try but actually my dealer (Ernst at Diablo Audi) is not returning my phone calls. Maybe he's pissed at the deal I got (+3% over invoice), but all I've said in my message is that I needed to talk to him...oh well.
