Several companies now offer an upgrade kit for anywhere between $1500 to $2500. What's so special about the KKK 04 that they want to charge so much??? (I think Neuspeed is an exception...They need to make SOME money) I have a friend who is a reseller and he's currently getting me some prices on a KKK 04 turbo. He's thinking it should not be more than $600 to $700. Maybe even less. Then all I will need are the misc accessories such as Thermostat, Fan Swith and spark plugs that come out to about $60 and a Chip probably from Neuspeed since I already have their .8 bar chip already which I am very happy with. Sounds easy enough! Any input would be greatly appreciated!<br>

It is a direct bolt-on replacement.<p>The KKK factory has had enormous demand for its turbos and production<br>capacity has been increased, however it is still not easy getting timely<br>deliveries. For this reason our company, which is a distributor for all the<br>turbo manufacturers (see our web site www.Bramall-turbo.com), has not<br>advertised the availability of the K04 upgrade. We were therefore surprised<br>to see our name an A4.org, and even more surprised to see the price we were<br>supposed to be selling the turbo for. Our price is actually US $1150.00.<p>The status at the moment is that we have a shipment containing some K04<br>upgrade turbos due to arrive in about 10 days.
