I cant recommend getting a loan for the whole amount since you have not been paying, you can get approve but they probably rape you with high interest, either call a debt consolidation company, you give them all your info and they can calculate how much and how long you will be making payments. you have to pay an initial fee of let say $500, then you make payments through that company and they pay your creditors. or you can do this yourself and save the cash for the fee, since you only have a few CC, call your creditors and ask them to lower your interest rate and monthly payments, tell them you cant afford to pay the high interest, most likely they will agree (they aint getting **** now) if they say no tell them you'll file bankruptcy and they wont get **** at all. good luck, I have friends that did this and owe 3x the amount you owe and works out great. stay away from CC and in a short amount of time you'll be debt free.

I dont see why not, since they are paying a fee for using the agency, waiting for the checks from them granting you make the payments. you will need to talk to the right person to get the correct help. call them and find out, compromise is the key. good luck again.
